While we currently only have two years’ worth of incident data to plot on our map, rather than the five years used for other tracks, there is already a cluster of incidents forming a clear hot spot within the first three turns after the starting grid. The turn 21-22 complex has also garnered early infamy as a tricky spot on the track thanks to two incidents that took place during the inaugural 2021 race weekend - LEC’s crash in FP2 (not plotted because it didn’t occur during an actual race) and MSC’s gnarly race incident in the exact same location (plotted on this heat map).
